This Breathworkshop is designed for everyone that wants to go deep within using the power of breath.

The workshop contains some rare breathwork exercises which where handed down from master Yogis (It goes way beyond alternate nostril/kaphalabati) which will activate ad open the. inner channels, to then go deep with an 1,5 hour long intensive breathwork session.

Here we will enter a deep trance state, where unconcsious limitations can surface and be released.

A profound shift is experienced as layers of old programming, childhood trauma and distortions are released.

Thus enabling you to experience a fuller, more whole version of yourself and life.

Daniel Alan is a Breathwork Specialist.  His dedication towards learning everything about breath has taken him from learning from spiritual masters to Harvard professors, from shamans and biohackers. Finding himself in contrasts of sitting in the jungle for months on shamanic diets to the operating table dissecting lung tissue. All with the intention to learn more about life and what animates life: Breath. His vast breadth of experience enables him to be an excellent spaceholder as well as enabling him to share the underlying dynamics of life processes and breathwork in an accessible way.
